      - Honesty is really a valued concept and practised at all times - Salaries reflect a balance of experience, qualifications and performance - Innovative, agile but still grounded and ethical - A real family feeling to the team, social events and meet ups often - Talk to any of the C level team, the founders, anytime you want

      Cons

      - Covid hit the company and resulted in some redundancies - Sometimes there isn't enough time to enjoy the social aspects (too busy)

      Pros

      - The company culture is very clear and open. They are honest from the outset about who they are and what they do. - The work is extremely interesting and cutting edge. - The work life balance is very good. - All of the people are very interesting, you can learn a lot from them. - There are opportunities to own what you do and progress at every stage. - The renumeration is good.

      Cons

      - If you don't fit but you 'try' to fit, as with any business, it won't work out long term. There is not a lot of time to get going as it is a small company and everyone needs to contribute
