      Pros

      The working environment is healthy. You can maintain the work and personal life balance. Travelling is part of the job. But the best thing is that is taken cared of by HO. All the hotel bookings and flight tickets are booked by HO. Expenses were received in time. Everyone in this company is ready to help, whenever you required any help from anyone, he or she gives you proper pieces of information.

      There are too many reporting formats.

      Pros

      - Exposure to the domestic market, understanding Sales function. - Direct reporting to senior management as not much hierarchy. - Opportunity to discuss new ideas/ plans for increasing Sales with Seniors which are usually considered.

      Cons

      -Strategies change everyday. -Waste a lot of time in internal discussions & everyday review.

      Pros

      A great place to work, where management welcomes the thought process of its employees and accept the suggestions. Company hires employee for a long term association and have felt the same.

      Cons

      Only Con i feel is the location, so the talent resides at other part for them location would b constraint.
