The best place I've ever worked. It's hard to imagine doing anything else.

Small company that cares about it's employees greatly. Flexibility in hours/location which is helpful for working parents. The science and technology behind the products are fantastic and always being improved and updated. I've been able to adjust my position based on interests, family needs, and a desire for a change in pace. Management is open to new ideas and encourages employee growth and development.

As a small business, they cannot always offer perks that a large company would. SDS does provide employees with everything they are able to, and employee satisfaction is a priority.
