Pros
I was very pleased to work at Stanford because I had an unbelievably supportive manager, and the opportunity to learn and grow at my job.
Cons
Sometimes, however, my manager was scattered and unorganized. Because it is such a big university, you have to be able to be self-directed enough to blaze your own path at your job.
