The overall work for the job isn’t terrible, the pay is there and if you like the overtime it is there. Free insurance and a week of vacation after 6 months

The biggest problem is the management at this plant until they find someone new people will continue to keep leaving. The current management will not appreciate the work you put in and will talk down to you like a child. The management will not take responsibility for their actions they toss the blame to everyone else, most of time this place is short staffed but will expect the same amount of work put in as a full crew. Morale will always be low with the current manager because there is no communication he would rather set a piece of paper in the break room listing all his concerns rather then walk out and talk to the small group of people there. There may only be a couple people working there that would disagree with this review but everyone else will say the same exact thing until he is gone this will be one of the worst places you can work. If you miss work for any reason you will get written up no PTO no sick days only vacation days. Manager will will treat you poor if you miss for any reason but will miss for the same reason and act as if it’s ok
