Company owner is a positive person, he thinks of ways to help employees grow.

TLs are rude and HR doesn’t help employees grow. The company does not work like a consultancy it looks more like a call center where employees are required to meet the targets and they will not be provided base salary as per the work done. If you are hiring MBAs then treat them like that or you can simply hire a 12th pass out for your call center. They do not have any policy for sick or casual leave, if any employee asks for a sick leave they will not provide even half day for employee

If you are willing to learn you can get experience of recruitment process.

Salary not released on time. Incentives are never released. Not good for long term. Very stressful environment and no work life balance. If you are working with them just forget about your personal life you will feel like you are working 24/7.
