      I mean I guess you're helping people

      Cons

      underpaid, overworked, no benefits. They expect you to go into homes of people in bad neighborhoods alone with absolutely no training. You dont know what you're getting yourself into and its scary for someone who doesn't know what to expect.

      Flexible schedule Mobile position Very litte meetings I have nothing else to say Its horrible No raises

      Poor management, calls you all day about nonsense wants you to go back 5 months to correct notes that are supposed to be reviewed daily...Large turnover & no bonuses
