      Profit sharing, great benefits, pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Marketing leadership is full of narcissists. Leadership values keeping your mouth shut and your head down. Quantity over quality of work. Lack of decision making skills. Little to no support from HR staff. Zero empathy. Obsessed with profits. DOES NOT FEEL OR OPERATE LIKE A FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY!

      Great company, product, values. Incredible health insurance, generous PTO, a lot of flexibility within the role.

      Cons

      A lot of after hour events, a lot of drive time, hard to have work life balance. Management is constantly changing things.
