Inept all around - Maintenance Standard Party Rentals Employee Review

The company cares more about their image than their employees or customers. There are too many decision makers, which makes it difficult for employees to do their job. Modesto management staff are deceitful and dishonest, with several not having the skills or knowledge to properly perform the job they hold. HR is inept and incapable of adequately assisting employees in a timely, efficient manner. They are racist and discriminatory.
