      Pros

      The people - by far are the best - challenging-a place where you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      CEO is terrible, they tend to be cheap with pay, very cliquish, if you align yourself with the right people you will be ok. From 2012 to 2015 was SCB’s golden era, it has been downhill ever since.
