Pros
Ok so the pro's - Very open culture, you can walk up to seniors easily and talk to them, share your ideas. Also the company wants to innovate and is very open to listening to and implementing new ideas. Depending upon the department and country that you are in, work life balance can be good or challenging.
Cons
Pay is not as per industry standard at least on the consumer banking side Changes in management in the last few years have made it very cut throat and cold! Top management especially in india was very friendly and genuinely concerned about employees. Doesn't seem to be the case now. Keep it to work and thats all they want!
