Pros
Great benefits, Self management of approach and results, Rewards and awards for hard work - effort counts. Best feature - if you have an amazing idea and a plan behind it, and if you can go to the executives directly (bypassing your boss if he's an idiot), then they will listen to you and support you.
Cons
Your experience depends entirely on the Branch manager and Regional head - there were some great and terrible ones in the mix. But no one can take away your rewards or benefits.
