      Nothing much, depends on which team you are in.

      Cons

      Too much work pressure, managers will come last minutes changes in code. Too much pressure from upper managment each week new requirement will come. Same for all the teams. Even after this much hard work you wont get credit . Startups would be much better, as you do same amount of work with less learning. Same old technology.
