Pros
Generous holiday entitlements including childcare, paternity & volunteering days. Generally possible to work from home, fairly supportive culture for young families
Cons
Things only ever get done because who you know rather than people actually doing their job. Can be extremely frustrating for people who aren’t natural networkers/in the know as there can be many pitfalls in daily communication. To an ‘outsider’, the org chart & strategy change almost every couple of months for no apparent reason
