      Payment based on performance and those who deliver get paid. Extremely robust performance evaluation program in place called P3

      Cons

      At times the objectives set for the individual are at conflict with those of the local operation leading to a loss of focus. Individual works towards achieving the objectives set little knowing that there is a bigger picture that hey is not made aware of.
