Pros
Very flexible working which is helpful to everyone across the board, not just parents. Working parents are valued and their time is considered often in things which is very positive. Good food at a subsidised cost. Poor management but pro as there is little monitoring.
Cons
Awful internal culture with lots of people seeming to do minimal things with heightened expectations. Poor/negative and unprofessional attitudes seem to be rewarded. Slow and painful on boarding - 6 weeks at minimum.
