Pros
People are generally nice on the surface. And there is a strong emphasis on work life balance, at least in my department.
Cons
The pace of work is too slow, and it feels like I will never move from my current position. Maybe good for mid career or late career, but for someone starting out, I don't think it gives much opportunities.
