Pros
- Structured learning. - Heavily policy and process driven (if you like a lot of structure). - People can be really smart depending on your department and stakeholders. - Collaborative for the most part and there is a lot to learn. - Long hours in front office as expected.
Cons
- The amount of reorganisation and restructuring is quite insane. - Amount of approvals required for everything can be a little ridiculous though I understand the necessity. - Heavy processes and policies which the Bank is trying to streamline but in all honesty is very difficult to do so.
