- Bonuses are subject to who you know and who favors you - Direct reporting lines incompetent, always dumping work on subordinates - Management covers up for one another - Hides behind client centricity when in actual fact they care about sales more than anything - lower level employees not taken seriously - Management is at Liberty to take leave anytime while employees are often denied leave when they actually need it - It is difficult to find new opportunities internally as direct reporting lines give poor recommendations so that you do not get other positions - Very toxic environment, lower level employees always complaining about management and how they want to leave the bank
