Cons
Top management is oblivious of a lot of happenings down the ladder especially around but not limited to training growth and sales acquisition. No clear cut model for sales. Experienced personnel sit in the office and inexperienced rookies are sent to roam the streets for sales. Middle managers should be appraised more strictly on People development, it is becoming a lopsided routine for some. This should be scientifically investigated. Very HIGH turn-over rate. There is a disconnect between HR and Business unit. Some poor on-boarding patterns have created poor impression of the bank. Managers should be specifically enjoined to exercise emotional intelligence in supporting staff instead of harassing and resentfully threatening their weaknesses. You will always have some bad eggs and weaknesses everywhere, anywhere.
