      -Great team and company culture -Good work/life balance -Exciting and challenging work -Great benefits and coffee!! -Management team does a great job of communicating to employees

      I really can't think of any real Cons. Maybe a a more structured performance review system.

      Pros

      Company culture Real balance life-work (hours 10-16) Monday company lunch Pinball, pool table, fine espresso and tons of drinks There are also 2 go-karts! Very good Health Insurance

      Cons

      The only Cons (if we can call them like this) that come to my mind are: wide technical skills required too few people maybe the company should be more aggressive on seeking customers
