Some great people and interesting work.
Cons
Technology dept. has more rude, egotistical people than I've seen everywhere else combined. Lack of leadership. A few individuals controlling all conversations and decisions with no mandate to do so. Toxic employees and culture is tolerated, no matter how many HR complaints filed against an individual.
