This company is mainly handled by the CEO and the 3 most powerful managers who: 1. runs (yes, he literally runs like a kid!) when you ask questions or ask you to ask someone else who doesn't know the answer 2. helps when the mood is good otherwise, she'll scream her lung out 3. abuses her power to force you working 24/7 by asking you to work when you're sick and reject your holiday requests Many people have left and are leaving because of these people, and someone asked him during townhall: would you rather keep these 3 people but he'll lose many people, or lose these 3 people and keep many others.? And his answer was: I'd rather keep these 3 people, and his advice is - if you don't like with the current situation, you just leave. And that's why these 3 people will only do CEO's requests but not others.
