The type of work done is interesting work, the work force is dedicated when they are provided the tools they need and good leadership, you have the ability to scoop up roles where you can make a big impact
Cons
The company is very disorganized and lacks communication, customers are regularly promised unrealistic goals and time frame which has caused a frayed relationship. The company can be great if given the right set of management to organize the workforce in the right direction
