My cons have to do with personal reasons from working in web3 vs web2. Stakit functions more as a web2 company so be prepared to dox your personal information and show all your hours worked. Just something to keep in mind. There is also no set date on your pay so its usually up in the air. Communication could def be a lot better there but its nothing to worry about. i am 2 months in with the company.

he team is supportive, and there are opportunities to work on cutting-edge web projects. Flexibility in work hours and a focus on education make it a fantastic place for junior developers.
