      A wonderful, supportive team Great room for progression and learning with funded training and plenty of time to achieve personal goals Work hours are flexible and there is wonderful understanding for a work/life balance

      Cons

      This is honestly the best work environment I have come across. The only con I find is that the office can feel small when everyone is in. But this rarely happens

      Pros

      - Results-driven work environment - Work-from-anywhere policy - Generous time off - Constant perks (merch, work-from-home budget, gift cards, bonuses, etc.) - Accessible managers with none of that "superior hierarchy" undertone - Transparency about business decisions - Prioritizing innovation, creativity, and experimentation - Lots of room for growth and professional development - Attentive team members - Never having to grovel for budget - Employees care about doing a good job - Inclusive hiring - Excellent work/life balance

      No company car to use around London :).
