      Pros

      Full remote culture. Colleagues are great, a diverse bunch to work with. People are happy to help you out when needed and I had a great relationship with my team.

      Cons

      Scheduling calls with the different timezones can be challenging, so sometimes you will need to be flexible with taking calls beyond work hours to make progress with work.

      Pros

      Supportive and understanding managers and seniors. Feedback driven and collaborative. International environment and can work on EU vacancies without having to change my daily schedule (I work dayshift mostly). Work set-up! Mainly remote with coworking day option's available. Living true to Kaizen - 1% better each day with our ways of working and with colleagues.

      Cons

      The yearly learning & development budget benefit and remaining leave credits cannot be converted to cash if unused. Some teams are one-man/woman teams - it can be heavy workload.
