Exploitation - Free workers - Graphic Designer Staiy Employee Review

Really unorganised company, who exploits job searchers. I applied for the Graphic Designer position (full time, paid), which after the first interview suddenly became “Part-time Unpaid Internship”, with a 2 weeks evaluation period. We were 4 girls selected, who had to create many designs (basically all designs needed for the opening of their new concept store). We were concurrents but had to work together sometimes on the same project (how to evaluate us then?...). At the end, one would be selected, for a potentially paid contract, and the three others could stay as part time internship unpaid, basically to continue helping for free the one selected, who’s gonna be paid. During the second week of the “trial period”, we noticed Staiy was already re-posting the job opportunity on Glassdoor, and trickily after we worked for free for 2 weeks, they didn’t hire anyone, and started again to research again for free workers. Between, they are gladly using our designs on their Instagram page. EXPLOITATION.
