      Pros

      At stage3 you can go at anytime, there is no fixed time to report to the office and also there is no leave system.

      Cons

      No proper management, biased towards old employees, no creative freedom.

      Work Life Balance Fun Activity and Party Time to Time Office Environment is good and You'll Lots of things apart from your fields as well.

      Cons

      Only this is No Job Security. Not me but Other employees have been fired on the spot. So Sometimes it seems bad.
