      Pros

      The best team ever, not to mention the free daily lunch! Everyone helps each other and there is a "We ALL win" mentality.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work. Sometimes, you're answering emails after work hours but that's just the nature of recruiting.

      Wearing multiple hats was the best part! The VP of Sales is straight to the point and I learned so much from her.
