Promotion opportunities based upon personal performance. Leadership team are excellent in recognizing the top performers. Vacation and PTO package are competitive.
Cons
It's very "numbers" driven, if you're meeting your numbers, you are fine but 3rd party recruiting is challenging and when those months come where you aren't making your goal, you will be reminded about it.
