Pros
Nice office located in the Plano Legacy area, close to shops and the tollway. Energy drinks? Incentives: The CEO likes to throw money around on Fridays to incentivize the production team (that already works 50 hours/week at minimum) to work harder. Fair pay if you know your worth, I gave them a number and they gave it to me.
Cons
Where do I start? The company will wow you at first with the pay package, beautiful buildings and promises of virtually uncapped commission. Once you see through that you’ll notice the sky high turnover rates, poor training (no one knows what they’re doing), favoritism, inappropriate behavior amongst team members and management, dangerous practices (ie pushing newbie nurses to accept offers for positions that put their license at risk), inflated ego amongst management, lack of support for new and more senior team members. The list could go on. Literally everyone hates eachother….seriously. The team leads gossip about their team members with other employees, the team leads hate the directors and regularly talk down on Sheldon’s leadership, they spend more time gossiping than they do closing deals which is why their numbers are the lowest amongst the team. It’s basically high school with a salary. The positions are misrepresented in the interviews. Do you LOVE cold calling to the point of harassing people who repeatedly ask you not to call them? Then this is the position for you! Do you love having your job threatened randomly? This is the position for you! Whether you quit or you’re fired, you won’t have a long tenure here so start applying for new jobs the day you start.
