Parking fee sucks, they do not have free parking Your salary is what it is from the day you started. Company doesn’t care if about inflation and common sense in terms of adjusting the salary against the current economic status. Ask proactively and they will not promise anything and understandably so, because they don’t that much anyways. Can’t disclose your pay with your client due to NDA. Hiding behind NDA due to client confidentiality but a thinking person would know that that is just because the discrepancy between what they charge to clients to what they actually pay is a lot (prove me wrong) a transparent company would not care so much about this because they are charging reasonably and making cuts that are fair. This goes a long way. Pay process is absurd. Late salary pay is a common thing, coupled with the fact that your money can be stuck for a long period of time because the system they use is unreliable creates a very disturbing atmosphere at work and everyone is anxious every payout. It is a nightmare trust me, some people even to this point has money stuck and left unsolved. Oh the 13th month! They won’t give it until December even after the fact that DOLE urged company to give it earlier. What don you expect, the law gives all company until the 24th of December of each year anyways. They stick to their notoriety- late payouts!
