Pros

There isn't much that is good to say about Stacosystems currently. Middle and lower level employees are good people.

Cons

Extreme micro-management of non-issues, slow to no resolution for important issues. Unable to effectively handle client needs and requests in a timely manner. No development of new product in over a year, attempts to make up for this by factoring third party products. Widespread favoritism and nepotism. This is a very small company being run as though it was a large company

Pros

Innovative, relaxed environment, great for entry level positions to gain menial experience. People are nice, especially lower level employees.

Cons

Bare minimum is all you'll get. Staco will promise benefits to negotiate hourly rates down during hiring. Although once you are an employee ,benefits like profit shares, may OR MAY NOT be given, which was the case for the years that I worked for Staco. Every benefit is argued over and FOUGHT for. Each step is a struggle there with "HR", if thats what you want to label it, they are impossible to contact and incoherent when you finally get through. I have no clue what HR does, except belittle and ignore employees that ask questions. If you're smart and work hard, RUN!
