Pros
The pay is pretty good, and there is almost always something to do. I also obtained my job after co-oping there, and I have to say that you can learn some very useful technical skills over there.
Cons
Day-to-day jobs can be repetitive and boring. Upper management is also somewhat questionable with the decisions they make and how they will pan out in the long term.
