Pros
Stacker has been a universally positive experience for me, mostly due to the removal of negatives that are present in most other workplaces. Egos, politics, and general skullduggery are absent here, which is a huge breath of fresh air. Leadership is not only responsive but proactive in solutions to employee problems. Growth is occurring rapidly, but with shockingly few growing pains. While nothing is perfect, Stacker is nonetheless exceptional in its responses to employee issues and in its planning for the future. Exceptionally noteworthy is the quality of employees at Stacker. Everyone in this organization is not incredibly capable in their respective fields, but they're all genuinely kind and good people who look out for one another. From Day 1, I felt like I had nothing but genuine positive regard and support from my coworkers.
Cons
I have very few negative things to say about Stacker. The very few unpleasantries of working here, like temporary periods of over-capacity, are publicly acknowledged and all efforts are made to avoid them.
