-remote work with typically healthy work/life balance -collaborative coworkers -exciting product and company future -bootstrapped, so more of a sense of shared ownership among colleagues

-like any startup, there have been hiccups and shifts in business direction. that being said, the reasoning has always been clearly owned and/or articulated by management -relatively long interview process to hire someone new. but being a bootstrapped startup, this also makes sense -few in-person meetups

Empathetic teammates/leadership - the women who run my org care immensely about me personally and it shows Strong ownership/meaningful work - what I do every day directly impacts the company and I can always raise my hand to do more/ be put on more impactful work Very nice coworkers - very little to no interpersonal drama and what little has surfaced was handled with grace

The people and senior leadership I work with day to day are amazing, but company-wide goals and priorities can be a bit disjointed at times... Different managers have different styles which can be a pro or a con Long term vision can be unclear at times
