Pros

If you just graduated or have little experience, Stack is great: fun location, decent office (no Snapchat or Google mind you), and a pretty laid back vibe, even if you're grinding on the most mundane stuff every day.

Cons

Once you've learned what you can (assuming you have little experience), there's nowhere to go. Anyone seasoned should be looking elsewhere. Things like unlimited PTO and flexible hours are promoted, but in reality you're expected to be around until 7pm most nights, so if you have a family you definitely don't want to be there. The worst part is the business model is terrible and has no legs—they almost exclusively sell B- and C-rated gear from China, resell generally poor courses from Udemy, and seldom have any deals you'd actually want to be buying yourself. They pray on naive consumers, leveraging the publishing brands they've partnered with to accomplish this.
