Pros

Contributions are valued and every individual has meaningful impact. An opportunity to work alongisde some incredibly brilliant people. High levels of bidirectional trust within the team and leadership.

Cons

You need to be someone who enjoys solving problems without direct instruction. The momentum is intense and there is a lot of hard work to do.

Pros

Great product with strong market fit. A classic example of an agnostic backend software provider with broad TAM coverage, versatile use cases and clear demand from prospects. Supportive team and friendly colleagues. Plenty of learning opportunities, especially around integrations and API strategy. Excellent exposure, you’ll grow your HR Tech network quickly. Was sent to Washington within a month of joining. Engineering team is very fun and sociable.

Cons

Still in build mode, a lot to implement, with trial and error shaping the process.

Pros

Founders / leadership are fantastic - exceptionally talent, with real-long term vision, very driven, but also just extremely nice people. Great team - committed, fun, kind, always ready to help a colleague. A really exciting place to be - some fantastic clients, amazing growth and a huge opportunity ahead. The whole company is orientated around innovative product development with real long-term vision and a very customer-focused mentality. The culture is hugely supportive of different ways of working, different skillsets and approaches, flexible hybrid working, and a lot of effort has gone into thoughtfully building the team and creating an environment in which people with different skills and personalities can thrive together.

Cons

It's a start-up, so there's always a lot to do, and a lot of different challenges everyday but no more so than is part of the territory, and everyone is well supported in ensuring they don't face those challenges alone.
