Pros
StackHawk is a great company/startup to work for. Everyone who works here is helpful and fun. The managers actually care about their team and their work/life balance and mental health. My manager has been an amazing mentor who I know I can count on. One of my favorite benefits that StackHawk provides is unlimited PTO, and I am glad that we are encouraged to take as many days as we want. Another great benefit is that we receive goodies every other week, and unlike a lot of office snacks, these are actually amazing.
Cons
The only con I have right now is that we don't get to see everyone in person that much. This might change once covid restrictions are lifted!
