Managing Delivery TAT as per given by the FK to the Customers . ● Doing Daily Huddel with our all Staff to update our new updates in SOP or discuss on last day performance. ● Onboard and trained Delivery Associate ensure that they follow the required guidelines ( SOP )while performing different tasks. ● Monitor the performance metrics of team and take necessary actions to improve the same. ● Implement contingency plans to counter any lapses in the regular workflow/ timelines to avoid escalation. ● Daily routine of Vendor vans ensuringmaximum deliveries on the same day. ● Managing all COD cash and depositing in the CMS on the same day. ● Handled Inventory of Pending, Rejection, CPD Shipments on daily basis. ● Working on Cost Cutting with managements, to avoid wastes of unnecessary money of Organisation
