Culture Clash: The workplace culture differs significantly from the typical Singaporean corporate or MNC environment, which may lead to friction for those accustomed to more structured or Westernized styles. Organization: There is a noticeable lack of internal structure and clear processes, leading to frequent disorganization and inefficiency. Advice to Management: Work on establishing more transparent communication channels and formalize organizational structures to better align with local professional standards and improve employee trust.

A very positive, highly collaborative culture, with good work-life balance, growth opportunities, and good compensation.

So far, the level of compensation aligns with what I consider very generous.
