      Pros

      Work life balance (fully remote) Somewhat flexible work hours Unlimited vacation and sick leave Health benefits are completely free Compensation is good No micromanagement You work with and meet a lot of very smart people here.

      Cons

      3 layoff rounds within the last year. Everyone's been constantly worrying about being laid off. Some departments can be very toxic. This is not true of all departments but the one I worked in, I saw a lot of this. Senior leadership has no clear direction for the future of Stack.

      Pros

      Positive, employee-friendly, inclusive, collaborative, and collegial culture. Fully remote work environment. Strong new leadership in the Revenue organization. Passion for the products. Still innovating after 17 years.

      Cons

      Company is going through a lot of changes. Solid business strategy and plan, but the environment can be intense. Turnover in Product leadership has not yet stabilized.
