Pros
The interview process was extensive but it also provide me with a lot of great insight about the people and culture. The transparency is great, they walk the walk and talk the talk! Great comp and benefits as well. I really feel a strong sense of community even though I'm sitting at home alone. I love my new home office which they help set up and I really look forward to growing my career. Everyone is really nice and passionate about what they do.

No complaints, just finding that right groove to balance all of the moving pieces.
