Amazing opportunity and nice work environment to grow - Product Designer Stack Employee Review

Great HR rep Kata, nice office and good location.

Extreme low ball offer for similar positions in Fintech and Banking. Almost 15K less! A lot of miscommunication in setting up the interview. Did not seem interested from the start and seemed to be more interested in my previous job than focusing on new role with Stack. Did not communicate that there was no job offer. Had to constantly email and received a reply 4 weeks later.

We had some good people but they started to slowly leave.

You're going to be hopping aboard a sinking ship. You will be overworked and underappreciated. The CEO will promise anything and everything to keep employees happy and from leaving. DO NOT TRUST EVERYTHING HE SAYS. The company is falling apart and management knows it. They're unwilling to change or help. I would not recommend anyone join this company. PS. The company asks the employees to write a good review on glassdoor. I would not trust the positive reviews.
