St Trinity has to be one of the best places i have worked. From team collaboration, mentorship, fun/inviting culture between all teams in the business, innovative thinking, room to be creative and heard, opportunity to learn & grow and much more. This is the first workplace i have felt my opinion is actually heard and acted upon where necessary, same goes for all employees in the business. Working in the St Trinity team has taught me a lot not only in my communication, but also understanding of a variety of areas not just marketing. I have had the opportunity to work with teams across sales, data, tech, finance & more, plus train & mentor team members through our inclusive internship program. I would highly recommend a career with St Trinity - you won't regret it!
