      Pros

      Great for kids love the kids so sweet and just need love

      Cons

      They talk about parents and are racist asl they don’t care about the kids at all and only the money if you have covid don’t get paid and hard to get pto very clique and managers too some BCAs are great others suck and are not very supportive and talk about the kids and walkers also and favorites are definitely played

      Pros

      -Seeing how much a child has progressed -Learning how to shape & modify behavior

      Cons

      -Management not being thankful for the work the employees do - Must be employed at least 90 days before you're able to earn PTO. -2-3 hours of PTO are earned per pay period (bi-weekly) when you're new, so it's a slow process
