      Very fast paced, constantly changing environment as now owned by Blackstone. Lots of opportunity if you wanted / pushed for it

      Cons

      Lots of change can be unsettling The Logistics arm of the business has now been split out into a new company with the remaining business much smaller and focused in the Midlands
