Pros
Good camaraderie, the culture is really strong if you are into it. High achieving school environment, really tough on kids but from a place of love.
Cons
Must be able to tolerate a really specific type of religious person. Advancement Dept is different, but to be a teacher here, yikes. They still aren't okay with LGBTQ, very unsafe for that crowd. Submissive wives expected, gender traditional etc. School specific, not great how they discipline and kick students out for misbehavior. Some folks believe the earth is 6000 years old, which was the last straw for me.
