People are very dedicated to the school; the culture is very loyal. A lot of the employees are lifers, so institutional knowledge is strong.
Cons
Like any non-profit, change is hard to accept, and resources are spread thin. If you know how to do things, expect to be called upon to help with projects outside your normal job duties.
